After much confusion and many wondering whether Faith Evans and Stevie J were still gonna follow through on their divorce, despite the pair seen publicly cavorting together less than a month ago, several facts are now clear, chief among them, Stevie J is the Petitioner and Faith Evans is the Respondent in the filed legal papers, and Stevie J is requesting that Evans pay spousal support.
Oddly, the legal documents reportedly don’t mention a prenup considering both stars have amassed a huge fortune from their careers. If Stevie J’s request is granted, the approval means Evans would be ordered to pay a monthly fee to the hitmaking producer. Stevie J has also in his filing asked the court to terminate Faith’s ability to be awarded spousal support.
